About Us
Pier 77 opened in 1982 with a small seafood market in one
end, an oyster bar in the middle, and picnic tables at the
other end. Within a year we had outgrown the building and
moved the market next door, took the oyster bar out, and
put in more tables.
By 1990, the Pier had enlarged again and obtained its liquor
license to become a combination restaurant, oyster bar,
and full service liquor bar. Pier 77 offers a relaxed and
casual atmosphere with plenty of room for large parties or
just a table for two. We also have plenty of highchairs and
booster seats for the children.
We are a fourth generations family-owned and operated
restaurant in Panama City Beach. We have grown to be a
small restaurant with a big heart.
